What this covers

Supervised, school-sponsored off-campus activities during the school year — library visits, museums, parks, service projects, and community events within the Oklahoma City metro.

A notice with date, destination, departure and return times, and transportation method is sent home before every trip. Overnight or out-of-metro travel always requires a separate, trip-specific form.

Transportation & supervision

Students travel by school-arranged vehicle or by parent-driver volunteers who carry a valid license and current liability insurance.

Students remain under staff supervision and are bound by the same conduct, dress, and modesty standards that apply on campus.
