Scope

Solomon Heights Academy occasionally photographs or records classroom work, programs, and community events for the school website, printed materials, newsletters, and school-managed social media.

Student full names are never published alongside images. Home addresses, birthdates, and contact details are never published.

Your choice

You may grant full permission, limit permission to internal use only (family newsletters and private galleries), or decline entirely. Declining has no effect on your child's participation in any activity.

You may change this election at any time by written notice; we will remove future use, though previously printed material cannot be recalled.
